Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping within the United States via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 2-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping via USPS and DHL. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 7-21 business days for delivery, depending on your location and any customs clearance delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. HBCU Novelties is not responsible for any additional fees or delays caused by customs.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your account on our website to track your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages: HBCU Novelties is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contactus@hbcunovelties.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If it does, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 3-5 business days to process.

 

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

 

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contactus@hbcunovelties.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will send you a replacement item or issue a refund.

 

Sales Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
